This may include: technique development of the four competitive swim strokes, starts, turns and finishes, speed training, and race strategy.

Our private swim lesson program offers individualized 30-minute lesson plans for people of all ages and abilities. Our instructors will work one-on-one with you or your child to improve on the many elements of swimming. We have several qualified instructors who can accommodate your schedule.
