We have developed hundreds of student-athletes over the past decade in Aberdeen and NE Region of SD.  Our coaches develop the student-athletes functional power, speed and strength by utilizing free weight resistance training, plyometric drills, flexibility and core training. We have a wide variety of equipment and will incorporate sport specific speed, agility and metabolic conditioning drills.  All student-athletes will also get one-on-one personal coaching throughout camp. We track progress to ensure results!

AMPED AMPED is a high-intensity interval group training class with intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter weights, resistant bands, battle ropes, rings rows, rowers, bikes, and core strength. AMPED is all around functional fitness, using the whole-body and multijoint exercises that simulate movements to burn fat and build strength for life.

Junior Advantage

This program is the precursor to our standard advantage program. Athletes will learn proper lifting and training techniques, as well as character development, that will prepare them for future programs and athletics. Our big emphasis with this class is to improve the athletes’ technical abilities to allow them to be able to train safely and effectively. If your athlete is looking for an advantage, then we have the right strength and conditioning program for you.
